How to cancel an order

To request a cancellation, email us at support@vanuocecom.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will confirm by email whether your order can still be cancelled.

Orders that have already shipped

If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You can return it within 30 days of receiving it under our Returns Policy.
